The people in the service department don't give up. I have a 1978 Yamaha 400 that I brought to them to repair the carburetors. at first they couldn't find parts for it here in the states because of it being so old. when I went to Colombia South America I was able to find the parts that they needed there. brought them back, parts worked good, still a problem, Billy and the mechanic working on the bike still had problems with the carburetors, called me up, said the bike was ready, still a problem when I got there. they asked me to be patient with them. I said no problem take your time...a few days later I got a call on my answering machine. he said we got it.. I could tell by the sound in his voice that he got it. I'm sixty six years old and the first kick on that bike it cranks right up no problem. I give everyone in that shop a thumps up on all the work that they did on that bike. again thank you. great job...
